American No. 1 Jessica Pegula has acknowledged that she doesn’t have many companies clamouring for sponsorship opportunities.
She did, however, appear to have lucked her way into a Stella Artois agreement earlier this year as a result of a joke with her countrywoman Frances Tiafoe.
In addition to her sponsorship from Stella, Jessica Pegula receives her equipment from Adidas and her racquets from Yonex.
Pegula like the Adidas Barricade Women’s tennis shoe line and wears Yonex EZONE 98 running shoes. At Roland Garros, she wore the recognisable red Barricade Clay shoe.
Along with her success in singles, Pegula has teamed up with her countrywoman Coco Gauff to form a powerful doubles team. When working together, the two have had outstanding success and an amazing strike rate.
Jessica Pegula has established herself as the WTA Tour’s “nearly-woman,” with bad draws frequently being the cause of her demise.
The Pegula family is Buffalo’s sporting aristocracy; they control both the NHL’s Sabres and the NFL’s Buffalo Bills.
Pegula is probably accustomed to living the high-profile life, although she is more frequently spotted on the practise court.
